Ok this video should have been in the last post, but nevermind. The ting tings have just released a rather eyecatching new video for their super new single shut up and let me go. Probably even more addictive than their catchy single "That's Not My Name" that went top of the charts here in the UK.

New EYE Candy

Ok the dolls are back with their new single from their sophomore album "Doll Domination". Ok they are totally slutty and only one of them can do the lead singing but they make some bloody catchy songs to dance to...probably my worst guilty pleasure..eek.

Ok to bring the credability up a wee bit here is a lovely beautiful summery song and video for Goldfrapp's new single "Caravan Girl". Very pretty, but doesn't feature the band which is a shame, but a change too which is also good!

Who cares about Jesus anyway?...

A video for the wonderful dragonnette song "Jesus Doesn't Love Me" has surfaced on the internet after having been taken off the internet in February of last year. However it has surfaced again on other sites such as youtube and perez hilton. Could this mean a release of the song? Who knows, anyway i'm just glad to finally see it! Here's a recent remix of the song by lismore.

B E A U T I F U L

Now i saw this band performing as a support for robyn and performing with her too. Kleerup are one of the many cool things coming out of Sweden at the moment. They created the #1 with robyn last year. (Which also features on their album) However there are some other beauties on there, one of which featuring Lykke Li "Until We Bleed". This has to be the most beautiful songs i've heard in a while. The last one has to be Goldfrapps "A&E". Kleerup seem to have this wonderful way of creating magnificently beautifully crafted songs. There are reports they've written 3 more songs with robyn too. Here's a few from the album along with goldfrapps beautiful gem too.

Ooh thats NOUGHTIE

Sam sparro's second single from his fab self-titled debut is going to be "21st Century Life" Ok i've had a few friends that have been diasappointed with the album because they thought there would be 13 black and golds. Ok, if an artist did 13 similar songs, it gets on my tits and i wouldn't like them. This song is mildly political, but not so much to get on your nerves. The intro is amazing creeping up at you from no where. Sam filmed the video for the single about a week ago so we should be seeing it shortly. I'll be sure to post it when it surfaces. until then here's a song not on the album, but on the Black and Gold EP that he released last year!

MGMT

I love this new band from New York with their clashy electronic synthy sound and wonderful anthem lyrics, no wonder they're getting a lot of attention at the moment. The album is pretty solid, although i've only had it for a day! Here are some of the standout tracks!

Wonkey Donkey

CSS have just released the album art for their sophomore album "Donkey" which appears to be a glitter/mirrored donkeys head in the rainforest. I like it a lot. Your thoughts?

REMIXED! Pt.2

Today i have a collection of rare remixes from some of my favourite artists. Recently Goldfrapp released their second single from seventh tree. The remix package was sufficient but nothing really club standard. Then a youtube video made by Rex The Dog was going round the internet as their remix was rejected by the band. It is Absolutely GOLD though!

The Scissor Sisters released a very limited amount of their 5th single from Ta-dah, "Lights" I think it was only 200 copies in total with them going for £150 on eBay. Which is absolutely ridiculous! Anyway it featured a remix is by Luamo. It is a fairly decent remix although drags on for to long.

Robyn's Konichiwa Bitches is a great upbeat track and very short. A version that was almost forgotten about was released by robyn almost a year ago which is much more chilled and features extra verses. It was remixed by Klas Alhund who produced most of the songs on her album!

Recently i got a hold of some remixes of Garbage's "Sex is not the enemy" I loved this track as a party track and was so curious about the remixes on the promo. Then i finally got my hands on the devil's gun remix, which is probably the cherry on the top!
